This is an excellent place to stay and I absolutely recommend it, especially for the price. 1. The staff: Super friendly, always very transparent about pricing, always there to help you out (24/7!) 2. The room: Very beautiful rooms, although you should note that the normal suites are on the ground floor due to the way the building is designed. I had the chance to upgrade for a very cheap price and got my own jacuzzi and balcony - amazing! Also very clean. 3. The amenities: the pool is gigantic and absolutely amazing. The gym (important to me) has everything you need (multiple cable machines, leg press and dumbbells). Lots of spa treatment stuff and a sauna. The hotel has a partnered beach club (Haylaz) where they shuttle you to (for free), and it's great there, amazing and friendly staff, affordable food and drinks. Beach chairs are for free, beach beds cost extra. 4. The food: Breakfast is a highlight, with many different local specialities, and even if you're a vegetarian you'll have plenty to choose from. The 24/7 room service food is good and not overpriced for a hotel.

The accommodation Pure Heaven on earth We loved it! EXCELLENT! The Staff of the hotel were very friendly and always very helpful. The Guest Relation Manager - Timur was FANTASTIC! He was very friendly, polite, he greeted us with a smile on his face every time he saw us. He was very helpful, he told us all about the hotel and the area and even helped us when we were leaving, arranged VIP transfer to the airport and made sure we went to the right Terminal, we were going to T1, he double checked it and it was T2 (he was right) BIG THANK YOU to Timur. The Spa! WOW! just WOW! you MUST try hammam there! Mohamed is the best physiotherapist I ever met. The hotel was very modern, the pool was really big and easily accessible from the rooms. The room was really spacious and the facilities were great. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and it was perfect. Big double bed, and multiple TVs in the room, as well as a large balcony with a view of the pool. The hotels location was good, only 15 minutes from the airport, and the hotel offer a free shuttle bus to go to the beach, where there is a private area with free sun lounges for the hotel guests. Breakfast was great, and the room service food was also really good.

The staff was kind, courteous and willing to help. We were welcomed in a pleasant way with a cold and tasty drink. We chose the place mainly because of the reasonable price and the stunning design of the rooms. The level of cleanliness is very good. Everything is beautiful and meticulous. The location of the hotel is not the best you can find, but the hotel creates a feeling of a house that is fun to stay in.
